Our food

Our menu changes with the seas, the seasons and the best produce around - presented on blackboards across the restaurant.

We focus on local fish from the Hastings fishing fleet and surrounding areas where possible, alongside responsibly-sourced seafood.

We always offer a selection of oysters as part of our selection. Aside from fish, there’s a strong range of creative plant-based dishes and for carnivores, think of treats such as Sussex Wagyu steak.
