New Year’s Eve Dinner

This New Year’s Eve, we’re running two menus at Boatyard. An Early Sitting four-course menu at 6pm, and a Late Sitting seven-course menu at 8.30pm. 

Heist will be open until late to see in 2025, with DJs taking us through new year - bringing party vibes to our later sitting. And while the rest of the market remains no reservations, a late sitting booking will also mean you have your table for the night.

Across the menus, decadent dishes inspired by the seas and shorelines of Sussex include cod’s roe with glazed brioche, pickled apple and seaweed; Lindesfarne oyster with Exmoor caviar; king scallops with golden raisins and capers; and halibut with miso hollandaise and lime. Some meat in the form of duck breast with salt-baked beetroot, chestnut and vanilla - and some chocolate to finish courtesy of a torte with hazelnut gelato. (see full menu below 👇 )

There is also the choice of a full plant-based menu, and dietary requirements are catered for.

Wine matching flights will be available with both menus, should you choose, so you can pair each dish with a carefully paired glass from our list of low intervention, natural wines.
